eCheck supports an unlimited numbers of stores, locations or areas. The flexibility of the system allows you to easily add more stores as your business incorporates eCheck into their operations.

You will only need a computer, Apple iPad connected to the internet to access this program. If you don’t have wifi connection where you conduct your audit, we offer an iPad application that allows your team to capture the results and sync once the iPad is back on-line.

eCheck is now available as an iPad application. Complete your audits offline on your iPad and sync up the results when you are back on-line. We can arrange the supply and setup of all hardware including data plans for your staff so they can be mobile.

Our server offers 128-bit SSL encryption so you can both serve and submit data via a secure transfer protocol, with the ability to store information in an encrypted format in the database. 

You are able to generate and customize reports using our in-built report filters giving you powerful control and the ability to manage your reporting requirements. As the holder of the administrator account, you are able to set the access rights of the users. We offer three levels of security. The highest level is the Admin account that provides full access to every part of the program from setup to reporting. The second level gives field auditors access to their checklists and reports, while the lowest level gives managers access to reports only for their stores.
